In our daily practice, we often use Noxtua in context of digital workflows, where it reliably performs specific subtasks such as extracting, evaluating, or checking a contract clause against a criteria. We have found Noxtua to be the state-of-the-art tool for all tasks that require a nuanced understanding of legal language.
Hence we are proud to announce that, together with Noxtua-provider Xayn, we have developed a Noxtua Connector for Microsoft Power Automate. This means that the powerful Noxtua AI now frictionlessly can be used in the automation platform that most companies already have access to out-of-the-box. The Connector is certified by Microsoft and now available worldwide in Power Automate.
By using Power Automate and Noxtua, a plethora of new use cases opens up: Standard contracts like NDAs or DPAs can be checked effortlessly in the background, with human oversight included in the process. Contracts can be classified and searched through for hitherto unknown risks, also on large scale and for legacy documents. Information currently locked in documents that are not machine-readable can get freed and used in databases and processes.
